HADI AKBERALI
SENIOR VICE CHAIRMANWith vast experience on policy/advocacy, strategy and narrative building he helped PALSP to emerge as the most influential Association in a short span of time. With his expertise and passion for the steel sector, he has played key role to resolve very critical issues of the steel industry. He is also Chief Operating Officer Strategy (COO-Strategy) of Amreli Steels.
With over 10 years of experience in the steel industry, Mr. Hadi Akberali is instrumental in the company’s vertical integration plans by spearheading the implementation of the billet manufacturing facility in 2011. He brings a mix of technical, management and leadership skills after graduating from North-western University, USA in Industrial Engineering and obtaining an MBA in Finance and Strategy from INSEAD, France. Recently, Mr. Hadi successfully implemented SAP across his company, Amreli Steels.
ILYAS AZIZ MALIK
VICE CHAIRMANMr. Ilyas Aziz Malik is a reputed Industrialist with strong business background in steel industry. He is currently serving as Chairman Fazal Steels. He is also Ex-Chairman of Pakistan Steel Melter’s Association and Executive of Pakistan Engineering Council. He is one of most experienced business men that has deep insight in production technology and material management in steel industry. He has travelled extensively around the world to keep abreast with latest technology. He has keen interest in the developments of steel industry at international level. Mr. Ilyas is also responsible for installation of new steel units in the Group.
